Women's Council supports new moms

The Women’s Council was formed to foster the growth of an inclusive, supportive, and cross-functional network to engage women at Honeywell and to see the successful deployment of a diverse and talented workforce. The Council is proud of many accomplishments they’ve made in supporting women’s career growth. Namely, the Council advocated for the installment of several Mother Room Pods throughout multiple buildings on our campuses. “We felt the pods were important to help retain new mothers and ease their return to work after having a baby by ensuring their privacy,” Collen Cruse, the Women’s Council Lead stated. The Council has plans for the installment of two more rooms which will secure a pod in each building location.
