75 Years of Excellence
A Hidden Gem in National Security
This year, Honeywell celebrates its 75th anniversary in managing and operating the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
Every day, over 7,000 people come to work at the Department of Energy’s Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC), managed by Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, LLC. Our mission is to support the warfighter and keep our nation’s nuclear deterrent safe, secure and reliable, now and always.
At KCNSC we are dedicated to our mission and to providing our people a workplace that feels inclusive and rewarding to all. We respect all individuals for their differences and create a culture of inclusion which enhances our competitive edge to be successful.
Our culture is guided by principles designed to ensure every Kansas City National Security Campus employee is engaged, feels empowered and can thrive.
At KCNSC, we align the strengths of our organization and dedication of our workforce with being a good neighbor to support the communities in which we live and work. We’re committed to modeling behaviors and making decisions that lead to achieving more equitable outcomes for all. We have three pillars that represent our community impact: society, education, and environment.
