Flexible work schedules
We strive to make it easier for employees to juggle the demands of work, family and life. Depending on their role and responsibility, employees may have the option to work a 9/80 schedule or telecommute.
Educational assistance
Curiosity and learning are ingrained in our culture. KCNSC offers tuition reimbursement of up to $7,500 a year for eligible employees taking approved courses that align to the business.
