Honeywell supports local families through the Angel Tree program

Dec 23, 2019, 12:00 AM
Honeywell participated in The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program which began in 1991 and supports struggling Kansas City families. Each year, the Salvation Army provides thousands of gifts, toys and food boxes to families in need in the metropolitan area during the holidays.

Christmas trees were placed in high-traffic areas throughout our buildings with angel ornaments containing details on gift request from children and families needing assistance.  Employees generously donated 564 new toys during the two-week timeframe, helping to spread cheer and make our community a little brighter.
