COMMUNITY

Our Impact

Diversity report2019Your hometown is our hometown too. We are committed to making things better for everyone in the places where we have facilities and where our employees work, live and raise our families.

Read our Diversity and Engagement Report to learn how we impact the community through:

  • People
  • Professional Development & Community Partnerships
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships
  • Small Business & Economic Development Programs

In addition to community impact, Honeywell is also making an economic impact. Each year, we pay nearly $287 million in compensation to KC employees, as well as almost $15 million in taxes. Our commitment to small business also benefits area companies. We procure nearly $78 million in services every year and award more than half of this amount to local small businesses.
